Daily cash management. Cash balancing, Cash floats, Safe floats, Change orders, and Bank/Brinks deposits


Daily, Weekly, Monthly paperwork to all be in order and appropriate reports are sent to board of direct monthly


Payroll Budgeting at the Retail Level

Human Resources Manage


Overall merchandising of the store.


Monthly ordering to ensure you have sufficient inventory


Weekly inspection on all store equipment and report the condition to I.T


Ensuring that all stock and equipment is represented in good condition.


Ensuring the store has all the necessary supplies on hand and all computer-related items are in functioning order.


Providing training orientation to store associates.


Communicating relevant information to the entire store team.


Ensuring store conditions are consistently upheld to established standards.


Adhering to all safety procedures in the performance of job duties.


Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.


Providing direction, guidance, and instruction to staff as required.

Job Requirements;

Legal to work in Canada

Experience in the retail industry is an important asset

Knowledge about computer

Previous management experience is a strong asset but not required

Flexible schedule and great time-management skills

Creative thinking and motivational skills are essential to learning about the various aspects required for this role on the job
